Let all your dreams come true with Be Rich! – a wonderful game for managing your personal real estate company. You have two different modes to play: career and sandbox. In the career mode you have to fulfill a given task until a fixed deadline in order to be awarded and promoted. Afterwards you are given new ranks and the opportunity to upgrade your company by obtaining different departments and buildings like Charitable Foundation, Personal Management Department etc. The sandbox mode makes it possible to build your own dream-town in a unique region on large maps.

You can construct, upgrade, purchase and sell different varieties of cell-based houses (brick houses, etc) and commercial buildings (shops, workshops etc). You can also build different decorations, roads, bridges and more. Your personal assistant will help you in the construction progress. Increase your daily income and fulfill all required assignments in order to run a rich and wealthy real estate company.
