Have you ever dreamed about having a real estate empire of your own? Then Be Rich! will make all your dreams come true!
You can play the game in two modes: career and sandbox. In the career mode you are given a task that should be fulfilled until a fixed deadline in order to get an award and the deserved promotion. Afterwards, you are given new ranks and the opportunity to upgrade your company by obtaining different departments and buildings like Charitable Foundation, Personal Management Department, Repair Garage, Department of Ergonomics, Financial Department and so on.
The sandbox mode makes it possible to build your own dream-town in a unique region on large maps. In both modes you can construct houses (bungalows, brick houses, duplexes, etc), commercial buildings (shops, workshops etc), decorations (trees, fountains etc), roads, bridges and more. Besides, it’s possible to upgrade, sell and purchase buildings in order to increase your daily income and city population. All the buildings are cell-based thus it’s possible to construct them anywhere on the map.
Besides, there is a number of interesting features including special abilities in commercial buildings (like “sale” in the shop, or “movie announcement” in the cinema etc), in special buildings (like the stadium, airports, hotel etc), city population information and other. So as to make the city look more realistic the game includes cars riding in the streets and people expressing their emotions.
You can select a personal assistance that will help you and your company with the building process by giving useful tips. Many commercial buildings and decorations have their own functionality, based on the operating range. In order to view the whole game process you can look at the Worldmap with screenshots and the information about the territories with your branches and buildings. Also, you can view all the game achievements in the Trophy room.
